  • Route searching and detail itinerary.
    Select your boarding and alighting point to find out how to get from point A to B. The route searching will include transfer between buses, as well as between bus and MRT. The detail itinerary will provide detail information like where to transfer, how much to pay for each trip, etc. Finding the best route by shortest distance or cheapest fare is just a tap away.

  • Multiple search method.
    Search buses by service number, interchange, MRT station, bus stop id, road name and bus stop name.

  • Fare calculation.
    Calculates the exact fare for each payment method (EZLink and Cash). The fare calculation is accurate as it takes all aspect into account, e.g. aircon/non-aircon, different rate for different bus services, etc.

  • Detailed bus information.
    It has all the information you need to know about a bus service. Operating hour, bus frequency, aircon/non-aircon, etc. It can even detect if a bus is a loop service (cyclic route) or a one-way service (1-directional route).

  • Well designed user interface.
    All these great features are presented in a nice interface with an effective process flow to enable users find information quickly. The software was designed with mobile user in mind who needs to get information quickly with minimum input capabilities.

Supported OS: Windows Mobile 5, Windows Mobile 2003, PPC 2002, and PPC 2000
At the moment the application does not support PDA with screen resolution smaller than 240*320, like HP 65xx, HP 69xx, Treo 750, etc. To use this application, you need to install a third party utility called "Nyditot Virtual Display" to emulate the standard PPC screen resolution.

This Bus Guide is the best - fast and reliable and very useful for reference, esp. when you are stranded somewhere at a bus stop. Can quickly take at look at the bus numbers available at the sign post, flip open your PPC and check where each of those buses goes to before they come. Has saved some of us many times in such situations.
