Frequently Asked Questions
-
How can I update the bus database?
Database update will be made available regularly and can be
purchased with a small fee. The changes log will show what is new
in each database update to help you decide when to do the update.
-
I installed a new version of the software, but it does not seem
to accept the registration code that was given to me earlier.
If the newer version contains database update then it will require
a new registration key, which can be purchased from our website
at http://advantlogic.com/transport_guide_purchase.html.
As an existing customer, you only need to purchase the database update, no need to
purchase the software again.
-
How to see the Owner Information on my Pocket PC?
Tap the Windows logo at the top left and select "Settings".
Inside the "Personal" tab you will find "Owner Information" icon.
Tap on the icon to see the Owner Name.
-
Can I change the Owner Name of the PDA after I get the registration code?
Unfortunately, NO. Changing the owner name will make your current
registration code becomes invalid and the software cannot run.
If you have a very strong reason to change the owner name, please
contact us to request for a new registration code. This request will be considered
on a per-case-basis and the developer has the full right to reject such request.

I'm using a PDA with square screen resolution (240*240) and cannot view part of the screen.
At the moment the application does not support PDA with screen resolution smaller than
240*320, like HP 65xx, HP 69xx, Treo 750, etc. To use this application, you need to install
a third party utility called "Nyditot Virtual Display" to emulate the standard PPC screen resolution.
